28.01. Doc Lounge + DocPoint Club @ Dubrovnik

Doc Lounge presented a documentary Carte Blanche. After the film there was a discussion about the consequences of war and the possibilities of an international law and court. The panel: author and journalist Rauli Virtanen, artistic director of DocPoint Erja Dammert, researcher in international criminal law Stiina Löytömäki and The deputy of international relief action of the Finnish Red Cross Päivi Laurila.




After the discussion Jaakko & Jay played a energetic gig.

The DocPoint Festival Opening Club in Virgin Oil Co. presented a Balkan-influenced dance music band of nine musicians, Lada Nuevo - and everybody had a great time!

At the opening day of the DocPoint Festival 2012, the Helsinki city centre was taken over by A Wall Is a Screen – a film screening in which short films are reflected on the walls of the public buildings and interesting interiors.
